As part of your son's participation in the WYBL, the Junior Spartan Boys Basketball program has agreed to share the "Player Eligibility Rules" as well as information related to "Health, Concussions, and Cardiac Arrests." The "Health, Concussions, and Cardiac Arrests" outlines state mandatory protocol that should be followed if an athlete experiences these types of injuries and danger to their personal safety. Please review the following information:
1) "Concussion Player Waiver Eligibility Form"
2) "WYBL Player Eligibility Guidelines"
3) WIAA website regarding Safety of Athletes
This website outlines the state mandated protocol that should be utilized to ensure the safety of athletes participating in organized athletics.
Jr. Spartans Basketball collects and shares images and videos only of the athletes whose parents or guardians have given us permission. We use these images and videos to celebrate accomplishments and connect with the broader community of fans and families interested in the organization. Only those parents who have been trained in our website and social media policy are allowed to post content about the athletes. If you suspect any violations of an athlete’s rights or would like to report inappropriate content, please contact the program’s attorney, James Riebe, of Niebler Pyzyk Law Firm, for a prompt response.
